UTL is involved in :

1. Shipping Logistic for marketing shipping space for IMO cargos.
2. Export & Import Logistics and Consultation –( it was Consulation in the original)
   Shipping IMO Export Cargo involves details planning, coordination and proper loading arrangements at the port of Export. The Company has this unique experience and will assist the Exporters as a one stop arrangement, at a competitive cost.
3. Fire Protection Systems. A separate division United Fire Stopping has been carved out for Passive Fire Protection System. The Company provides and installs all types of passive fire protection systems and has over 5 years of experience in this field.
4. The Company is an active member of Fire & Safety Association of India, Andhra Pradesh Chapter.
5. Member In Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce.

The Company is managed by :

T.S.P. Sarathy - Director - Graduate in Commerce with over 40 years experience in international business. He was Divisional Manager – Exports of a large Public Limited Company – Graduate of Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade. Mr.Sarathy was Vice President, Panel Member Capexil and Panel Chairman DGTD. Mr.Sarathy has over 29 years experience in Shipping, Logisitcs, Food Products Distribution and 11 years in Gypsum Boards Distribution.

M.Bheem Rao - Director is a businessman in Building Industry with over 30 years experience in this line. Secretary and Committee Member – Vivekananda School and College and an active member of a social organization.

N.S.Srinivasan - (Independent Director) with over 20 years experience in Management Accounting.
