Fire cement is a pre mixed dry powder for mixing on site with water. The Fire Cement system white in color can provide up to 240 minutes. Fire rating on masonry or concrete wall and floors, when applied insulation effect can vary on the penetrating surface depending upon the services that penetrate. Fire cement application are tested to BS 476 Part 20 and as 1530 and EN 1366 standards.
This system is made from high density Rock fibre panels (50mm thick) coated with Promaseal Bulkhead Sealer to act as a Fire Barrier. The system is used to seal of openings in Walls / Floors penetrating passage of Fire.
This system is economical and simplest Fire Stopping method with minimum inconvenience. However the system is limited to maximum of 600mm width on floors and 1000mm high with maximum. One square meter surface area and 500mm highest. The length can be unlimited.
Fire Pillows are compressive fire-stopping pillows made from quality cloth envelopes, enclosing a high temperature fire resistant granulated material. It is simple to install, re-usable and maintenance free. In the event of fire, the pillows will remain in place and form a fire barrier by charring and creating a solid mass of insulating material. Fire Pillows have been successfully tested and assessed by independent laboratories to meet the requirements of BS 476: Part 20: 1987, AS 4072 and prEN 1366: Part 3 for 180 minutes fire rating.

Acrylic, intumescent or silicon based material with excellent adhesive properties for fire resistant sealing of joints and service penetrations for up to 4 hours FRL when tested to AS 1530: Part 4, AS 4072: Part 1 and BS 476: Part 20. It bonds to dust-free masonry, concrete, calcium silicate board, plasterboard, metal and cable coverings and remains flexible after curing to accommodate thermal movement. It is available in 300ml cartridge or 10L bucket.

It has excellent versatility, second only to sealant, particularly when dealing with fire stopping for joints, gaps, building and service movement etc. PROMASEAL® IBS™ can be used as a standalone product or with a cover of PROMASEAL® AN Acrylic Sealant where required.
